Jules Miller is an Air Force Lieutenant Colonel (retired) who served as a JAG, or judge advocate (military lawyer), on both active duty and in the United States Air Force Reserve. While on active duty the United States Department of Justice appointed him a Special Assistant United States Attorney to prosecute civilian crimes on military installations. His military awards include the Meritorious Service Medal (first oak leaf cluster) and the Air Force Commendation Medal.
Mr. Miller has twenty-four years of legal experience protecting and achieving financial opportunities for business organizations. After five years as an attorney for the Ford Motor Company Office of General Counsel at Ford Aerospace, he served as General Counsel for both publicly-traded and privately-held companies headquartered in Southern California. He has represented many engineering and construction companies, including Stantec, the largest engineering firm in Canada.

Mr. Miller is a member of the State Bar of California, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice before the following courts: All California courts; United States District Court, Central District of California; United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces; and the United States Supreme Court.
His customary fields of practice include Business Law, Employment Law (representing both employers and employees in wage & hour, discrimination and wrongful termination cases), and Government Grants and Contracts.
Mr. Miller is an active Christian who served as Chair of the Capital Campaign for his church and currently lectors at services.
